1. Enquiries and quotations
Our current event service area is limited to Purba Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur, Kolkata, Howrah, Hooghly and Jhargram. Service availability is confirmed for each enquiry.
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking, price, venue availability or service. Event requirements, availability, scope and the quotation must be discussed and confirmed separately.
2. Scope and booking arrangements
Check the agreed services, exclusions, vendor responsibilities, timings and venue restrictions before confirming an arrangement. Payment, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms must be supplied in the relevant written proposal or agreement; this website does not establish a standard deposit or refund entitlement.
3. Venues and service partners
Venue suggestions and vendor categories are starting points for discussion. A listing, illustration or enquiry is not confirmation that a particular venue or vendor is available, approved or booked for your event.
4. Image Use & AI Disclosure
Conceptual event, decor and venue images on this website are generated using artificial intelligence and are presented as design inspiration. They are not evidence of events completed by Rainbow Event Management, actual clients or staff, owned venues, or confirmed venue availability. Actual arrangements, materials, proportions, services and finishes are subject to discussion and the agreed scope. Logos, interface icons and any separately identified authentic photographs are not covered by this statement. Any authentic event photographs added later will be identified appropriately.
If you believe an image affects your rights, contact us with the page URL, the image concerned and details supporting your concern so it can be reviewed.
5. Privacy and external services
For questions about enquiry information, contact inquire@rainboweventmanagement.com. External links are operated by their respective providers. A WhatsApp link does not automatically send a message or confirm a booking.
