Does an enquiry confirm my booking?
No. Requirements review, suitable provider availability, quotation and written agreement of booking terms come before confirmation.
Enquiry বা WhatsApp message মানে booking নয়। কাজ, availability ও শর্ত লিখিতভাবে মিলিয়ে confirmation হবে।
Which locations can I enquire about?
Send your district, town or village and venue address in West Bengal. Availability and any travel-related scope or charges are reviewed for your enquiry.
পশ্চিমবঙ্গের আপনার জায়গার নাম দিন। সেখানে vendor পাওয়া যাবে কি না ও travel charge আছে কি না আগে দেখা হবে।
Can I request one service instead of a package?
Yes. Identify the task or vendor category you need. The proposal should state the selected work and its exclusions.
একটি service নিয়েও আলোচনা করতে পারেন। কী কাজ ও কত পরিমাণ চাইছেন, আগে পরিষ্কার করুন।
How is a quotation prepared?
Date, location, guest count, specifications, provider responses and the requested coordination scope inform the proposal. There is no published fixed price to assume here.

Are the six services the same as the 12 vendor categories?
No. Broad services group the planning needs. Categories identify possible providers, such as catering or photography. Each provider scope needs separate review.
Service হলো পরিকল্পনার ধরন; category হলো vendor-এর ধরন। সব category একসঙ্গে অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।
Can I use providers already booked?
Share their agreed scope and contact person. Any coordination with them must be discussed and included explicitly if agreed.
আগে বুক করা vendor-এর তথ্য দিন। তাঁদের সঙ্গে কী সমন্বয় হবে, আগে নির্দিষ্ট করুন।
Is a digital invitation complimentary?
No complimentary invitation is promised here. Ask for available formats, scope, charges and any separately approved offer terms in writing.
বিনামূল্যের invitation ধরে নেবেন না। Design, format ও খরচ quotation-এ দেখে নিন; offer থাকলে লিখিত শর্ত চাইুন।
What should I check before printing invitation cards?
Approve names, spelling, dates, timings, venue, language, quantity and the final proof. Ask about paper, finishing, delivery and any sample options before a print order.
ছাপার আগে নাম, বানান, তারিখ ও ঠিকানা ভালো করে দেখুন। কাগজ, সংখ্যা, delivery ও খরচও মিলিয়ে নিন।
Are theme and gallery images completed Rainbow events?
Images labelled AI-created inspiration or references are not completed-event evidence. Final design depends on the agreed brief, materials and venue.
AI বা reference ছবি শুধু সাজের ধারণা। এগুলোকে বাস্তবে করা Rainbow event-এর প্রমাণ ভাববেন না।
What are the payment, cancellation and change terms?
Ask for the proposed payment schedule and written change, cancellation and refund terms before confirming. These terms are not established by this FAQ.

Is drone photography automatically available?
No. State the requirement separately. The provider must review feasibility, venue permission and any applicable operating requirements before inclusion.
Drone চাইলে আগে জানান। Venue-এর অনুমতি ও প্রয়োজনীয় নিয়ম vendor-এর সঙ্গে দেখে নিতে হবে।
How can I send an enquiry now?
Use the stated phone or WhatsApp contact. The website enquiry form remains inactive; do not treat its preview as a submitted request.
এখন Call বা WhatsApp-এ প্রয়োজন জানান। Website-এর form এখনও চালু নয়; শুধু preview দেখে request পাঠানো হয়েছে ভাববেন না।
